Use PDF files up to 15 MB each. Files must have valid contents and matching extensions. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
What should I check after converting?
The server removes unused objects and compresses streams without rasterizing pages. Already optimized PDFs may not shrink; the smaller original is then returned. Open your download and review it before deleting the original.
Why did my conversion fail?
The file may be damaged, encrypted, too large, or beyond the page or resolution limits. Server tools may also be busy or unavailable. Try a smaller valid file.
